Notes of Wellbeing: I Am a Yoga Teacher!

I’ve just completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Soma Yoga in Wandsworth, and I wanted to share it here.
It’s been a 7-month journey that really brought me back to myself in a grounded, simple way. I started this training as a personal step deeper into my practice, and it naturally became something I now feel ready and excited to share with others.
I’m a mum, originally from Italy, and I’ve been in London for 20 years. Life here has shaped me a lot; it’s full, fast, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming. That’s exactly why my teaching leans into grounding Vinyasa flows: slow enough to breathe, strong enough to release tension, and open enough to come back to yourself.
I hold space for everyone, especially those who feel like they need a reset , whether that’s through movement, breath, or simply slowing down for a moment. My approach is warm, real, and not about perfection. Just about showing up as you are.
If you feel drawn to it, I’d love for you to practise with me. Come as you are, and let yourself be guided, supported, and maybe even a little inspired along the way.
Notes of wellbeing:
You don’t have to arrive anywhere different.Just give yourself permission to slow down and meet yourself exactly where you are today.
