This space is all about notes of wellbeing: gentle reflections, simple insights, and shared experiences that help us slow down, feel more aligned, and live with intention.
I guide people through wellbeing using yoga as one of the tools.
By notes, I mean small but meaningful pieces of awareness, observations and practices that show up in everyday life and invite deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Here you’ll find thoughtful posts on wellbeing, movement, holistic living, travel & mindful perspectives. I also organise intentional events, retreats and gatherings that bring people together in nourishing, supportive spaces. Whether I’m writing a short note, hosting a wellness day, or exploring lived experience, this is a place of curiosity, calm, and community.
