About me
Ciao! I'm Ale
I'm Italian, but I've built my life in London.
Living in such a vibrant, fast-paced city has taught me just how important it is to slow down, reconnect, and create moments of calm amidst the noise. I truly believe that looking after our nervous system isn't a luxury, it’s something we all need in order to feel balanced, energised, and connected in our everyday lives.
My own wellbeing journey began long before I became a yoga teacher. A trip to Bali marked a turning point for me, where I explored Ashtanga yoga and also attended an Ayurveda workshop, something I was already passionate about. That experience opened the door to a different way of living and deepened my desire to continue on this path.
The idea of teaching yoga was born through being part of my yoga community in London. Practising alongside inspiring teachers and like-minded people showed me the power of connection, and it naturally encouraged me to share the grounding, calm, and sense of belonging that yoga has brought into my own life.
I have since completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training with the Spanda Method at Soma Yoga Studio in Wandsworth, as well as continuing to deepen my learning through different practices and experiences. Each step has shaped not only the way I practise yoga, but also the way I live.
I'm especially drawn to grounding vinyasa flows, hatha, mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and a deeper connection to the body. My intention is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and simply feel good, exactly as you are.
I'm also deeply passionate about Ayurveda, and its principles naturally weave into my everyday life and into my classes. I believe in working with the rhythms of nature, creating balance through simple daily rituals, and caring for the mind, body, and soul as one.
For me, yoga is not about performance or perfection. It’s about connection, awareness, and building a practice that supports long-term wellbeing and vitality.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or returning to your practice, you're warmly welcome.
Come exactly as you are
