About me

Ciao! I'm Ale

This space is rooted in wellbeing, intention, and embodied living.

I’ve recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and am now available for classes, focusing on grounding Vinyasa flows designed to help release tension, reconnect to the body, and create space to soften and open.

My teaching is especially supportive for women navigating transitions in life who feel the need to slow down, feel grounded, and come back home to themselves through movement and breath.

I’m also a mum, originally from Italy, and I’ve been living in London for over half of my life—around two decades—where I’ve built my life, practice, and community.

Alongside yoga, I share reflections, simple wellbeing practices based on Ayurveda, and mindful perspectives that encourage more presence, clarity, and connection in everyday life.

I also facilitate small gatherings and events in London and beyond, creating welcoming spaces for community, reflection, and shared growth.
